So, A couple of weeks ago, I wrote in a blog that I helped a friend being the voice of vegetables that got killed. I always wanted to be the voice of some cartoon because I as a kid had a ton of voices I could do! A dream that never really came true … well … I guess in some way you could say – until now. Under all circumstances I am always up to something crazy. And with no further ado I will share the crazy video with you all!

The vlogger is Ronja Lykke. She vlogs in both Danish and English, and she’s awesome on youtube and instagram! Follow her! 🙂

Kong Christian 4   centrepiece

When you are enjoying a rare guided tour in Børsen, Copenhagen and suddenly, King
Christian 4th appears. Fun fact, Christian 4th build Børsen … in the 1620s… Btw,
that will be my future fireplace in that future castle I’m going to live in when
I find a millionaire…

Spent some quality time with my awesome sister and her two beautiful Chihuahuas last Saturday. Fall is just a beautiful time of year!

When I grew up, I did not know what Halloween even was. Now Tivoli opens once a year especially dressed for that very occasion. I love tivoli, so any excuse to visit the place right?
so to spend time in Tivoli, with a childhood friend and her sweet, amazing daughter – that’s
a afternoon well spent!

The first time I went to this restaurant was in the early days of my Aarhus time. At first, I loved their burgers and fries. But when I went gluten- and milkfree, this also became my favourite pizza place in Denmark. Their glutenfree pizza’s are to die for and always with tons of fillings on top despite ordering them without cheese. When you go have pizza anywhere else, I find that glutenfree options, fillings on top are often spared and scares. But at Mackie’s you really don’t have that problem. And, I was full after one pizza and I’ve eaten here almost every time I’m in Aarhus. They also serve other Glutenfree options in the restaurant.

The atmosphere is really cool with no place on the wall left empty. Souvenirs, shirts and many many other things adorn the walls which fills the restaurant with tons of color and life. And, you can actually hear one another speak and enjoy each others company.

On the flip side, you cannot eat with cutlery for your pizza. So it is with the sausages you call fingers you eat. Actually, some people have even been kicked out of the restaurant for asking. It sounds dramatic, and I find it a bit over the top, but with that being said, the staff is really friendly and are good at making sure, you know you won’t get a knife and a fork. Which doesn’t really matter to me! When ordering burgers and such you are of course given knife and fork – it is only when eating pizza.

This restaurant is definitely a place worth visiting when you find yourself in Aarhus anyway. Especially since Aarhus is the new city of culture in 2017

I admit to not being as consistent with the blogs as I first planned to be. And I apologise to the few readers that do visit my blog at this moment. I have had some interesting weeks learning and I admit to being without much energi when arriving home after work. I have been able to keep up my training though (I run three times a week) and I’m now able to run 10,5 km moving towards my 11 km next weekend. For this I am quite proud of myself. My Iphone are showing signs of exhaustion, as it tends to cut of power for my running app towards the end of my runs, when doing a long run. So I wonder if it would be easier with one of those runner-watches.. Luckily, it’s christmas soon and therefore also my birthday.

Now I am moving towards new adventures job-wise and I am both scared and excited about what’s in the future for me. I love to be able to do these internships that the Danish system have enabled for someone like me. As recently graduated, it is scares as to what type of work experience I have. Despite not being without that much, I still lack experience and these internships will help me with that. I love being able to move around and get to know new people in the field I would love to work within.

I feel like I did when I stood in the airport on my way out into the world for the first time without my parents. Only in a grown up-ish fashion, where I move towards employment!
